Truckful developer reports Steam Deck 60 FPS; Verified status pending

On October 6, MythicOwl said Truckful maintained 60 FPS at high settings through most of the game in its Steam Deck tests. The team has tested the device since 2024 and used it for PAX East and PAX West demos.

These are developer test results, not a guarantee for every scene. The post also mentions adjustable graphics settings for less powerful Linux devices. Official Steam Deck Verified approval was still pending at the time of the announcement. Developer testing and Valve’s compatibility status are separate checks. Consult the current Steam label and post-launch reports after the planned October 9 release. If performance varies, compare the same scene at lower settings; the reported result does not apply automatically to every handheld.
