Jackbox Party Pack 12 will be released on October 15: how MegaPals works

Jackbox talked about MegaPals, one of the five games in Party Pack 12. In an October 2 post from Xbox Wire, the pack is set to release on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on October 15.

Participants come up with associations for the word and receive points for matches. From the unmatched answers, the next starting point is chosen by voting. The pair with the most unique matching answers wins together. Between rounds, the map shows player connections. The phones serve as controllers, and one person in the group needs to own the pack. This does not mean that the set itself is free. In addition to MegaPals, it includes We Forgot a Card, Debate and Switch, Idol Factions and Hyperface. Before the meeting, check the language of a particular set in the store: everyone should understand the prompts in these word games. Assign roles in advance: the owner starts the game on the big screen, the rest prepare their devices to enter answers.
