Sports Interactive has detailed FM27’s training overhaul and Tactical Effectiveness. The system connects team preparation, tactics and recruitment rather than treating effectiveness as familiarity with a single setup.
The official FAQ identifies four factors: Player Ability, Next Match Information, Player Buy-In and Tactical Understanding. Gauges in tactics, training and recruitment will show how comfortable the squad is with instructions, with scout reports helping assess prospective signings. Tactical Complexity measures the demands of positions and instructions; a detailed plan can require more adaptation and a suitable squad. Training moves to primary navigation, copy-and-paste plans return, and sessions focus more on the next opponent.
