The October 7 update fixes the Service Unavailable error after some Ultimate Team matches and a number of career issues. EA separately states that gameplay balance has not been changed in this patch.
The Manager Career has reduced the number of high-rated or high-potential players it generates. Fixed situations with signing free agents outside the transfer window and incorrect counter offers. In The Grounds, occasional hangs in club profile loading have been resolved. Therefore, evaluate the patch based on the specific problem of your mode, and not as a promise of different ball physics or hitting power.
