Valve has posted about the Trove of Terror cosmetic collection. It includes themed sets and arcana for Drow Ranger and Tidehunter.
This is news about the appearance of the heroes. It does not imply a change in balance or a mandatory purchase for the match. If you are interested in a specific set, compare its composition and availability in the client interface. Check the terms of receipt and regional prices immediately before purchasing, and make gaming decisions based on the current patch.
