The official announcement on October 6 was presented by Siege of Las Vegas. The announcement includes the Area 51 map for Battlefield 6, Rapid Royale, Ranked BR and a limited-time event for Dead Space; the start is scheduled for October 13.
The description combines the content of different modes. Before you return to the game, check which items are Battlefield 6 vs. REDSEC, and what is required to access your selected event. The trailer date is not the season start date. Weapon balance, load volume and the full list of fixes cannot be reliably restored from a short video: they require an update log. Save the link to the original announcement and check back for more details closer to launch.
