The October 6 PDT/October 7 CEST patch announcement describes Founder's Pack owners' access to related items on other characters and servers. Map and quest labels are also corrected.
The special store depends on the level of the bundle purchased: it is not giving away all paid items to each account. For Sealed Wings conversion, a weekly limit of 20 operations per server has been introduced. You can place up to 30 markers on the map. Before receiving items, check the conditions of your region and client, since the note describes the specific version of the service and its schedule.
