An official October 9 announcement calls ACE COMBAT 8: WINGS OF THEVE a million-seller. The publisher says it reached the milestone faster than previous series entries.
The announcement concerns the game overall and gives no separate Steam sales figure or platform breakdown. Steam confirms that the Windows version is available, with an October 1, 2026 release date. Today’s sales report is not a new launch date. The announcement also compares critics’ scores without naming specific aggregators or numerical ratings. This article records the publisher’s announced sales result rather than producing an independent ranking of the series.
