Start with Roblox Status
Open the official status page listed in the sources below. Check whether a current incident affects joining games, the website or an app. During a confirmed incident, wait for an update and try again later. Distinguish an old resolved incident from a current one. Live status changes; this guide does not claim that Roblox is necessarily down right now.
Separate one experience from a wider problem
Record the time and experience name, then try another Roblox experience on the same device. Check the ordinary website separately. You can then describe whether one project, several games or the website also fails. These results do not prove the cause of 529, but help choose the next support topic. Change one condition at a time and repeat the original test so that a random successful connection is not mistaken for a fix.
An unlisted code is not a diagnosis
The official Roblox Error Codes page directs players to support when their code or message is not covered. The number 529 alone does not establish an account ban, compromise or faulty computer. Do not apply instructions for 267, 279 or 280 merely because they are also Roblox errors. If a different code appears, record it separately and use its relevant guide; a changed message describes a different situation.
Prepare a short support report
Choose your device and the relevant category in the support form. Include your username, the complete 529 message, time with time zone, experience name or link, and the results of testing another experience and the website. Add recent changes and steps already tried. This gives support a reproducible account rather than just a number. Keep passwords, login codes and recovery codes out of public comments on videos or supposed fixes.
